Netflix (or other streaming service) Original Episode

Example:

"I Wasn't Ready." Orange Is the New Black, season 1, episode 1, Netflix, 11 July 2013. Netflix,  netflix.com. 

 

*Note: In this instance, the first mention of Netflix is not italicized as it is acting here as the publisher of Orange Is the New Black and not as another "container" for the publisher.
 

Streamed Television Episode (that originally appeared on TV station)

Example:

"Pilot." The 100, season 1, episode 1, CW, 19 Mar. 2014. Netflix, netflix.com.

Television Episode from TV Station

Example: 

"Pilot." The 100, season 1, episode 1, CW, 19 Mar. 2014. 

Entire Television Show

Example: 

The 100. Performance by Eliza Taylor, CBS Television Studios and Warner Bros. Television Studios, 2014-2020.
