Cite an e-book as you would a book but afterwards include the container (site that hosts the e-book) and the location (URL). Also type "E-book ed." before publisher (specifying the "version" of the book").
Example:
Le Guin, Ursula K. The Dispossessed. E-Book ed., HarperCollins e-books, 2009. Overdrive Mobius Consortium,
