Account Inquiry

You may log into your library account at any time to make requests, check the status of your requests, cancel requests, renew items, see what items you currently have checked out, or search for items.

How do I renew my ILL item?

ILL items are not owned by MCC-Longview Library; therefore, it is at the discretion of the lending library to grant renewals. If you would like to renew an ILL item, email the ILL STAFF before the due date, and we will contact the lending library to see if a renewal will be granted.

Most items from MOBIUS can be renewed twice, unless needed by another patron. To renew an item from MOBIUS, log into your library account. You will see a list of items that you currently have checked out.

  • Checkmark the titles you would like to renew.
  • Click on the Renew Marked button.
  • If the item is renewed, it will show the new due date.

Overdue items

Materials not returned by the due date or recall date will result in your MCC student account being restricted and fines may be assessed.

ILL items lost, damaged, or not returned 30 days past the due date will be charged a $120.00 replacement fee.

The lending library may recall ILL items at their discretion. Recalled materials must be returned to the MCC-Longview Library as soon as possible.
