A police raid on a small-town Kansas newspaper is prompting a First Amendment fight. Surveillance video of the raid on the family-owned Marion County Record newsroom obtained by ABC News shows a police officer reading Miranda Rights to a reporter and other officers taking photos and seizing computer equipment and cell phones.
