Finding Statistics and Data Research Guide - Longview

The Statistical Abstract of the United States, published since 1878, is the authoritative and comprehensive summary of statistics on the social, political, and economic organization of the United States.

Longview Library has hard copies available for use. The most current edition is housed in the Reference Collection. The 2019 edition is available for check out from the general collection.

Students are able to request books for FREE from all over the state of Missouri and have them sent to any MCC campus for pick-up.

• To request an item, type in your Student ID number WITHOUT the "S" followed by MCC. Ex: 1234567MCC
• Longview Library is part of the KC-Towers cluster.
• Verify your request was "successful."

FAQ:

• Expect 4 to 7 days for items to arrive.
• Books check out for an initial period of 4 weeks and may be renewed 1 time if no other requests are pending.
• Books may be sent to any MCC campus for pick-up.
• You will receive an email at your student email address when your requested items arrive at your campus library.
