Maple Woods - Honors Research

How to Use This Guide

This is a guide for the Maple Woods Honors program, created to assist students in planning and completing their undergraduate research projects.

In the Gathering Data tab and sub-tabs, learn what research data is, the different methods and methodologies used to collect data, and the ethics involved in research on human subjects. Use these tabs to help plan your research project before collecting data.

Under the Data Analysis tab, learn techniques and software skills for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Use this tab once you have collected your data.

Under Presenting Findings, read about how to write a research paper, create a scientific paper, and talk about what your research discovered. Use this tab when you are working on putting together your final products.
